O clădire reprezentativă pentru Lipova este casa Roth. Imobilul se remarcă datorită arhitecturii sale, fiind una dintre casele Secession din Lipova. Edificiul impresionează și azi prin formele sale distinctive.
Forma Secession a clădirii datează de la sfârșitul secolului al XIX-lea. Amintim că în 1891 imobilul a ajuns în posesia lui Roth Jozsef și a soției sale, care au modernizat-o, dându-i forma in care se păstrează și azi. În această clădire au funcționat pe parcursul secolului al XX-lea mai multe instituții care au contribuit la modernizarea societății.
În primul deceniu al secolului al XX-lea aici a funcționat despărțământul Astra din Lipova. Tot aici a funcționat și un cazinou, apoi după naționalizare a devenit succesiv creșă, spital și bibliotecă a Liceului „Sever Bocu”. În prezent este sediul Serviciului Public Comunitar Local de Evidență a Persoanelor.

A landmark building in Lipova is the Roth House. The property stands out due to its architecture, being one of the Secession-style houses in Lipova. The building continues to impress today with its distinctive forms.
The Secession design of the house dates back to the late 19th century. It is worth noting that in 1891, the property came into the possession of Roth Jozsef and his wife, who modernized it, giving it the form in which it is preserved today. Throughout the 20th century, several institutions operated in this building, contributing to the modernization of society.
In the first decade of the 20th century, the Lipova branch of Astra operated here. The building also housed a casino, and following nationalization, it successively became a nursery, hospital, and the library of the “Sever Bocu” High School. Today, it serves as the headquarters of the Local Public Community Service for Personal Records.
